Family Meals

 

Osso Bucco

Lift one corner of the container lid and microwave for 2.5 minutes. Stir gently. Microwave for two more minutes. Test to be sure fully heated before serving. Remove strings before serving.

 

Creamy Polenta

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove and discard the plastic lid. Cook for 20-25 minutes, test to be sure fully heated before serving.

 

Broccolini

Lift one corner of the container lid and microwave for two minutes or until heated through. Let rest for 1 minute, stir before serving.

 

Bouillabaisse

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Remove the plastic lid from the aluminum container. Cover the container with aluminum foil. Cook for 35 to 45 minutes; remove from the oven and let sit covered for 5 minutes. While the pan is resting, heat a pint of broth in the microwave. Once broth is hot pour over fish and serve with rouille and demi baguette

 

A la Carte

 

Chicken Pot Pie

Heat oven to 350 degrees, remove plastic cover and heat pot pie for 25-30 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

 

Mac and Cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees, remove plastic cover and heat pot pie for 15-20 minutes.Top with provided bread crumbs and return to the oven for 5 more minutes.

 

Crab Cakes

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove and discard the plastic lid from the aluminum container. Cook for 15-17 minutes, test to be sure fully heated before serving. Finish with lemon and serve with remoulade.

 

Hot Brown 

Heat oven to 350 degrees, remove plastic cover and heat for 25 minutes. If bacon starts to brown before fully heated, cover with foil.

 

Smoked Chicken

Lift one corner of the container lid and microwave for 3 minutes or until fully heated. Allow smoked chicken to rest for two minutes before carefully removing the lid.

Enjoy smoked chicken cold or at room temperature.

 

Country Style Green Beans

Lift one corner of the container lid and microwave for two minutes or until heated through. Let rest for 1 minute, stir before serving.

 

Corn Pudding

Heat oven to 325 degrees, remove the plastic lid and heat for 20 minutes or until heated through.

 

Butter Pasta

In a 6 quart stock pot bring one gallon of water and ½ cup of kosher salt to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water until tender then strain. Add pasta and a small amount of the pasta water to a saute pan. Place the butter in the pan and swirl until the butter is melted.
